Meet The Team
The work of YGAM is led by a highly competent team made up of a diverse group of colleagues, drawn from the third sector, education sector, gambling industry and parents & young people. Most of our colleagues give their time voluntarily. In 2015/16 no employees within YGAM (including the Chief Executive) received a salary greater than £30,000.
YGAM is fortunate to be supported by Peridot Partners, the third sector's leading governance experts and headhunters for Chairs, Chief Executives and senior appointments within the third sector. Most of our appointments to YGAM are undertaken in partnership with Peridot Partners.
